This December, we unite three of Melbourne’s most talented young chefs for one night only. 

Jo Barrett (Oakridge), Zackary Leon Furst (IDES) and Charley Snadden-Wilson (Embla) will be creating a 6 course menu to be paired with beverages from local and international producers. Experience this wonderful meal in a hidden CBD courtyard under the stars.

Each with a day job in one of Melbourne's hottest kitchens, Jo, Zack and Charley are no strangers to the Private Dining Room series and have been eager to collaborate on this event. With success in esteemed cooking competitions San Pellegrino and Appetite for Excellence, plus media awards from Timeout, Good Food Guide and Women in Food Service, this talented trio represents the peak of the new generation of young and dynamic Melbourne chefs.
